2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions
All transactions on xgame are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods listed on the Deposit page, and funds are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. xgame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements that may be in effect at the time of the request. xgame reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your own responsibility and are not covered by xgame. 3. Betting Rules and Platform Use
All bets placed on xgame are final once confirmed — you may not cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the system. Odds displayed on the Bet and Sports sections are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed, and the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. xgame reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or any other system fault that resulted in odds being displayed incorrectly. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at the discretion of xgame, and bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. Players are expected to use the platform in good faith and must not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated betting software, or engage in any form of collusion or match manipulation. Any account found to be in breach of fair-play standards may be suspended and outstanding balances reviewed before any withdrawal is processed.
4. VIP Programme
Participation in the xgame VIP Programme is automatic for all registered players and is based on wagering activity and platform engagement. VIP tier benefits, thresholds, and rewards are determined solely by xgame and may be updated or modified at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players. Benefits associated with a particular VIP tier are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant programme terms. xgame reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate a player's VIP status if there is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
